Jobtailor is seeking a senior Customer Success Manager to own the client engagement model and drive mutual success with enterprise customers. You will manage accounts from onboarding through renewal, anticipate needs, and mitigate risks across the lifecycle.
You will measure customer experience, health metrics, and value realization, using internal tools to guide strategic recommendations and drive adoption of standard methodologies across client implementations. Travel 25-50% is expected.
