Provide high-quality customer service to store customers;
Operate electronic scanning cash registers and process payments;
Honor discounts and coupons and assist with Loyalty Program questions or sign-ups;
Bag items and assist customers with packing;
Operate machines to sell money orders, lotto tickets, and transfer funds by wire;
Process customer returns and sell gift cards and lotto tickets;
Maintain cleanliness of the Customer Service Desk and front area;
Replace stock in display areas;
Adhere to uniform and grooming policy
