Spanish Customer Service Agent and Content Moderator for SOME
- Location: Athens
- Start Date: ASAP
- Project: Spanish speaking Customer Service Representative & Trust and Safety Agent (content moderator for SOME app)
- Working type: Full time position
- Contract duration: 6 months (extension possible)
Agents manage chats, emails, and calls to assist customers with account settings, content issues, refund requests, and troubleshooting technical problems. Content Moderators review flagged content to ensure compliance with company usage standards, including handling phishing, spam, and malware concerns.
ResponsibilitiesIncludes Business Onboarding and Business Integrity workflows, where agents answer common user and technical inquiries.
Includes reviewing and moderating content from business and personal users, groups, and handling sensitive or egregious material. Agents work with multiple tools and navigate a complex knowledge base.
- No experience needed
- Significantly advanced written communication skills
- Significantly advanced stress tolerance
- Strong PC knowledge, multitasking skills, and typing accuracy
- Fluent or high level of the Spanish language
- Good command of English (B2 level, used for training and tools)
- Only candidates with an EU passport or a valid work visa for the relevant country will be considered.
- Monday to Friday schedule + weekend shifts in rotation
- On-site work from our office in Athens
