Description

Do you have dispatch experience or have a knack for providing awesome customer service? America’s #1 Plumbing company, operating in Edinburg, TX
is in search of a
CSR/Dispatcher.

Ideal candidate will possess strong communication and computer skills in addition to providing
customer support
for both commercial and residential customers. Services include: plumbing, drain cleaning and water cleanup emergencies.

Essential responsibilities include:
  • Prioritize all service calls and manage daily workflow of all field technicians
  • Field incoming calls working with customers to schedule appointments
  • Prepare daily work and run schedules
  • Manage customer data including: work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, or other dispatch information.
  • Relay work orders, messages, or information to or from technicians, supervisors
Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Office clerical skills preferred
  • Education:

    High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Preferred Experience:

    Great customer service skills with focus on communication & customer sales in these fields. Dynamic phone presence a must!
