In this role, you will be the point of contact with customers in advising, selling, troubleshooting

Identify, reply and solve customer’s requests via phone, email and chat Troubleshoot technical issues

Assist in pre-sales and after-sales inquiries Ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction
