Overview
Pay range $XX-XX per hour (negotiable based on experience). Sign‑on or relocation bonuses: up to $10k for full‑time and $5k for part‑time.

Responsibilities- Deliver direct dental care and associated services under the general supervision of a dentist.
- Perform scaling and prophylaxis, take x‑rays, apply sealants and fluoride, and complete related procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and identify opportunities to offer same‑day care.
- Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction.
- Assess patient dental conditions, review medical histories, and adhere to all government regulations and company standards.
- Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process.
- Assist with dental and perio charting and take x‑rays when necessary.
- Show compassion for patients and parents to provide memorable patient experiences.
- Work primarily with a patient base that is 70% children.
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
- CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire).
