Pay & Benefits
Pay range $45-55 per hour (negotiable based on experience). Up to $10,000 sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time positions, and $5,000 for part‑time. Competitive compensation, bi‑weekly uncapped production bonus opportunity, monthly bonuses based on office performance. Dental Hygienist (full‑time or part‑time) to join a growing dental team. Provide direct patient care under the general supervision of a dentist, including scaling, prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealants, fluoride applications, and related procedures. Deliver quality and compassionate care, offer Same‑Day Care opportunities, educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, assess dental conditions and review medical histories. Provide support to the office, assist with charting, guide parents through treatment process, and create memorable patient experiences.
Work primarily with a pediatric patient base (70%+).
- Deliver direct patient care including scaling, prophylaxis, x‑rays, application of sealants, fluoride, and related procedures under general supervision of a dentist.
- Provide excellent customer service and look for opportunities to offer Same Day Care.
- Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction.
- Assess dental condition and needs, review medical histories.
- Adhere to all government regulations and company standards.
- Guide parents and patients through the treatment process.
- Assist with dental and perio charting, take x‑rays and save into patient charts.
- Show compassion and provide memorable patient experiences.
- Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
- CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, with hands‑on skill assessment required upon hire.
- Experience working with pediatric patients preferred.
