Through flexible commissioning we are able to employ an Educational Supervisor to mentor overseas mentee clinician’s full time on a one to three ratio5 surgery practice with modern spacious surgeries

Your future, your benefits

Annual salary of £80,000 to £90,000 per annum

Holidays rising to 30 days per year with service (plus bank holidays)

Your future, your role

As an Employed Educational Supervisor Dentist with at least 5 years of experience as a registered Dentist, you’ll be:

Working with three overseas mentee clinicians to support them through the NHS mentoring requirements for them to secure their NHS performer number

Building constructive relationships with the mentees to support their development and progression through the NHS requirements

Observing patient appointments and providing feedback, delivering training sessions and demonstrations with a phantom head where appropriate

Working with the mydentist clinical leadership team to ensure the successful delivery of the Flexible Commissioning contract

Providing clinical cover when mentees are taking time away from practice
