General Dentist Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, patient-focused General Dentist to serve as the lead clinician for our established Swampscott practice. This role offers the unique autonomy of a "solo" practice environment, allowing you to build lasting patient relationships and manage your clinical day-to-day, all while backed by a dedicated, expert administrative and operational team.
Clinical Autonomy:
You are the primary doctor for the practice, with the freedom to treatment plan and manage care according to your professional judgment. Operational Partnership:
Forget the headaches of billing, HR, inventory, and facility management. Our centralized management team handles all business operations, allowing you to focus entirely on dentistry. Supportive Environment:
Work alongside a professional support staff, including a dedicated dental assistant and front-office coordinator, ensuring a smooth flow for both you and your patients.
Clinical Excellence:

Experience:

Current, active license to practice dentistry in the state of Massachusetts.
