Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview

Pay range $45-55 per hour but negotiable depending on experience. Up to $10,000 sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time. Benefits include 401(k), PTO, continuing education credits, flexible schedules, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Dental Hygienist

• Continuing education:
  Hygienists who have completed one year of employment may seek reimbursement for courses up to $250 per year; company‑provided certification trainings (CPR, radiology, nitrous oxide, etc.) with reimbursement for eligible training/testing expenses to obtain or renew the certificate

• Deliver direct dental care and associated services under the general supervision of a dentist and provide general support to the office
• Provide quality and compassionate care to every patient
• Perform scaling and prophylaxis, take x‑rays, apply sealants and fluoride, and perform related procedures under the general supervision of a dentist
• Offer and promote same‑day care opportunities
• Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction
• Assess patient dental condition and needs, review medical history
• Adhere to all government regulations and company standards
• Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process
• Assist with dental and perio charting; take x‑rays and save into patient charts when necessary
• Create memorable patient experiences by showing compassion for patients and parents

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing
• CPR (BLS) from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire)
