Registered Dental Hygienist

Overview

Pay range $45-55 per hour but negotiable depending on experience.

Up to $10k sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time employees and $5k for part‑time.

Compensation includes competitive base pay, a bi‑weekly uncapped production bonus, and monthly bonuses based on office performance.

• Deliver direct dental care and associated services to patients under the general supervision of a dentist.
• Provide quality and compassionate care to every patient.
• Perform scaling, prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealants, fluoride applications, and related procedures under dentist supervision.
• Offer excellent customer service by seeking opportunities to provide Same Day Care.
• Educate patients and parents in oral hygiene instruction.
• Assess dental conditions and needs of patients; review patients’ medical histories.
• Adhere to all government regulations and company standards.
• Guide parents and patients through the entire treatment process.
• Assist with dental and periodontal charting; take and save x‑rays into patient charts when necessary.
• Provide memorable patient experiences by showing compassion toward patients and parents.

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
• CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, including hands‑on skill assessment (required upon hire).
