Cross Trained Dental Assistant

Cross Trained Dental Assistant Savannah Dental is looking for an exceptional bilingual dental assistant to join our team. This is a unique cross-trained role that allows you to work both clinically and at the front desk.

Approximately 3 days assisting / 2 days front office

• Answer phones with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Verify PPO insurance benefits
• Schedule appointments and manage recalls
• Follow up on pending treatment
• Coordinate and track lab cases
• Provide outstanding customer service from check-in through check-out
• Act as a patient concierge by keeping communication flowing between the front office, hygiene, and clinical teams

• Chairside assisting for restorative procedures
• Digital X-rays
• iTero scanning
• Invisalign assisting
• Sterilization and infection control
• Room setup and breakdown
• Assist with same-day treatment and support the clinical team as needed

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Experience in a fast-paced PPO dental practice

Cross-trained in both assisting and front office preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Positive attitude with a team-first mindset

Organized, dependable, and willing to jump in wherever needed

Comfortable multitasking and thriving in a busy environment
