Dental Hygienist – Spiritas Ranch Dental Care

We are seeking a full‑time Dental Hygienist to join our growing team at Spiritas Ranch Dental Care. The role offers a Tuesday‑Friday schedule and competitive benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plans, six paid holidays, PTO, daily pay, and continuing education with 1:1 hygiene mentorship support to help you develop clinical skills and provide patient education.

• Provide outstanding patient care and dental hygiene services.
• Conduct patient screening and medical history documentation.
• Work independently while collaborating with the patient care team.
• Participate in virtual training and periodic professional development.

• Current dental hygiene license in Texas.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (required).
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry and dental hygiene procedures.
• CPR certification.

• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• Experience with Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x‑rays, and electronic medical record systems.
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills.

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prolonged periods sitting and standing.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
• Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year.
