Dedicated Dental Hygienist – Patient‑Centered Practice

Join Kitt Dental in Flint, TX for a part‑time, contract Dental Hygienist (1–2 days per week). The practice is fee‑for‑service, non‑PPO, and focuses on personalized, high‑touch care in a technologically advanced environment.

Pay: $40–$45 per hour, competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Jobley Bonus: $90 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley).

• Licensed Dental Hygienist – current, valid Texas license to practice.
• CPR and Basic Life Support certification.
• X‑ray / Radiography Certification.
• Local Anesthesia Certification.
• Nitrous Oxide Certification.
• Expanded Functions Dental Hygienist.
• Advanced Dental Hygiene Practitioner Certification.
• Infection Control License.
• Driver's license (optional).
• Minimum three years of private practice experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills.
• Proficiency in dental x‑rays and patient assessment.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient‑focused care.
• Ability to collaborate in a small team environment.

• Provide thorough dental hygiene care, including assessment, cleaning, and patient education.
• Develop accurate treatment plans tailored to each patient’s periodontal and restorative needs.
• Apply soft tissue protocols and incorporate laser treatments as appropriate (training available).
• Take and interpret dental x‑rays with confidence.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Foster positive, trusting relationships with patients through excellent communication and care.

1–2 days per week. Possible days:
Monday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM;
Tuesday 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM;
Wednesday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM;
Thursday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Practice closed Friday–Sunday.

• Experience with dental lasers and advanced periodontal treatments.
