We are actively seeking an
Associate DentistAssociate Dentists are responsible for providing dental services to patients with the support of their team. They participate in morning huddles, plan their day, and help promote a positive image of the company while delivering exceptional patient care. The practice primarily serves children (70%+) and adults, with an average of 10‑12 operative and 20‑25 hygiene patients per day.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages.
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and support staff to ensure efficient workflow.
- Participate in team meetings, huddles, and patient case discussions.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Denta Pro software.
- Adhere to OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management policies.
- Denta Pro software, digital x‑ray and Panorex units, fiber‑optic handpieces.
- Team ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.
- State insurance plans, PPO, and out‑of‑network payor mix.
- DDS/DMD from an accredited program.
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the state(s) where care is provided.
- CPR, DEA, and other required certifications.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (required in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
- Compassion and a strong desire to serve both children and adults.
- Guaranteed base pay in excess of $200,000 with uncapped earning potential.
- Sign‑on bonus up to $50,000.
