Position: Associate Dentist - 40k sign-on bonus
Location: Littlefield

Overview

We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team. In this role, you will practice full‑scope family dentistry, treating patients of all ages—from young children to adults—and will have the opportunity to perform dental implants alongside comprehensive general and preventive services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide full‑scope family dentistry, including implants, general and preventive services.
  • Serve a diverse patient base.
  • Participate in morning huddles, team building, and community outreach.
  • Mentor and be mentored in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Practice Features
  • Full‑scope family dentistry including implant placement.
  • Denta Pro software.
  • Digital X‑ray and Panorex units.
  • Fiber‑optic handpieces.
  • Yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training.
  • Staffing ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.
  • Average of 10‑12 operative and 20‑25 hygiene patients per day.
  • State insurance plans, PPO, and out‑of‑network payor mix.

Qualifications
  • DDS/DMD from a CODA‑accredited dental program.

  • Nitrous Oxide certification (required in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
  • A passion for serving children and adults with compassion and care.
