We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team. Support our mission to provide excellent dental care in the community and help us create more smiles and memorable experiences for children and adults. You will work with a supportive team that values teamwork and truly cares about patients.
Practice Highlights- Denta Pro software
- Digital X‑ray and Panorex units
- Fiber‑optic handpieces
- Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
- Team structure: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
- Patient base: primarily ages 3‑21 with up to 30% adult population (location dependent)
- Office flow: average 10‑12 operative patients and 20‑25 hygiene patients per day
- State insurance plans, PPO, and out‑of‑network payor mix
- Provide comprehensive dental services to patients with the support of a multidisciplinary team.
- Deliver care to a patient base that is primarily children and teens, with a significant adult component.
- Participate in daily team huddles, case planning, and collaborative goal setting.
- Actively promote a positive image of the company within the community.
- Guaranteed base pay in excess of $200k with uncapped earning potential

- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where care will be provided or eligible for licensure
- Certifications as required, including CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (required in select states: LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
- Ability to acquire reimbursements for associated licenses, certifications, and professional dues (e.g., ADA, AAPD memberships)
- Flexible scheduling to maintain a healthy work/life balance
- VISA and Green Card sponsorship available
