We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and family-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist who embodies a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. As part of our dentist-directed oral hygiene team, you will provide exceptional preventive and periodontal care in a supportive, team-based environment. Pay: $38 - $46 per hour

• License & Certification:
  Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, Basic life support
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene required
• Registered Dental Hygienist licensure in Texas required
• Current CPR certification required
• Proficient in using dental equipment including Cavitron, Prophyject, X-ray machines, hand scalers, curettes, and handpieces
• Strong patient care and customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing clinical environments
• Team player with strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Ability to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients and colleagues

• Take digital X-rays, use intra-oral cameras, and perform Itero scans
• Deliver thorough dental hygiene care including prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, debridement, and periodontal maintenance
• Conduct oral health screenings including medical history review and communicate findings to the dentist
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene and preventive care tailored to individual needs
• Accurately chart patient records and document all procedures in the patient management system
• Prepare, set up, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment following OSHA and CDC guidelines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Adhere to HIPAA, state, and federal regulations regarding patient confidentiality and care standards
• Collaborate effectively with dentists and team members to promote a positive patient experience
• Support practice business goals through effective scheduling and patient management
• Participate in continuing education and professional development to maintain licensure and enhance skills
• Perform other duties as assigned to support practice operations and growth
