What You’ll Do

As a key member of our team, you will help support smooth, efficient, and comfortable patient care by:

Greet and check in patients with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency

Answer phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and schedule appointments

Verify dental insurance eligibility and accurately input patient and insurance information

Collect co-pays, process payments, and balance daily transactions

Assist with treatment plan presentation and financial arrangements when needed

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services offered and insurance plans accepted

Confirm patient appointments and manage the daily schedule to reduce no-shows

Support compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and Squire Dental policies

Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient experience

Maintain an organized front office environment

Other duties as it relates to the position

Qualifications

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum 1 year of dental front office experience

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred

Proficiency in dental software systems (Denticon)

Work Environment &

Physical Requirements

Frequent use of a computer, phone, and standard office equipment

Ability to sit, stand, and assist patients for extended periods

Occasional lifting of office supplies or records
