• $200,000 Income guarantee for the first year of employment
• Earnings of 30%-32% of net collections
• Sign-on bonus of $35,000

• Assistance with immigration sponsorship process.

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school;
  Or currently attending an accredited dental school to obtain a degree for DDS or DMD.
• Current, valid dental license to practice in the state or the ability to obtain.
• DEA certification
• CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
