We are seeking a dedicated Registered Dental Hygienist who shares our passion for excellent patient care and teamwork.

• $73,300 - $85,000 per year
• Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

• Monday – Wednesday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Lunch 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM)

• Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing
• Proficiency with Eaglesoft dental software
• Strong computer skills and ability to manage electronic health records
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to educate and motivate patients
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and reliable
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and infection control procedures
• Laser certification is highly desirable but not mandatory

• Minimum of 2 years of dental hygiene experience preferred

• Welcome and prepare patients for hygiene care while ensuring their comfort throughout the visit
• Conduct thorough co-discovery sessions with patients, explaining oral health status and treatment benefits
• Perform timely and accurate periodontal probing documentation (6 points, bleeding, mobility, etc.)
• Select, set up, and sterilize instruments, equipment, and materials following all health and safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hygiene operatory, ensuring it is well-stocked and compliant with sterilization protocols
• Schedule recare and follow-up appointments to promote ongoing patient oral health maintenance
• Provide exceptional patient education on periodontal health and preventive care
• Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure smooth office operations and excellent patient experience
