The Role

We are seeking inquisitive, forward-thinking team members, passionate about instructional design and excited to collaborate on designing and building innovative new approaches to digital learning at Fidelity.

As a Learning Experience Architect, you will assist our talent programs and learning organizations in producing digital solutions that deliver on their business outcomes.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

* Bachelor's degree with at least 2-5 years of relevant work experience in Learning Experience Design, User Experience Design, and/or Front-End Web Development

* Experience with graphic design and prototyping tools, such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD or Figma

* Experience designing rich, interactive digital experiences and bringing them to life via HTML, CSS, and Java Script

* Eagerness to innovate and think differently

* Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse individuals and groups, both in person and virtually, in a constructive and collaborative manner

* Comfortable as a self-starter and able to act independently under general direction.

* In-depth knowledge and skills in instructional design and adult learning theory.

* Strong communication skills and demonstrated excellence in project management.

* Ability to lead, design and develop large-scale projects with tight time constraints.

Most roles at Fidelity are Hybrid, requiring associates to work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to Remote or fully Onsite roles.
