Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This position operates in a unique and highly collaborative environment, working directly with The Governale Group while partnering with department heads across the organization. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who demonstrates initiative and confidence while maintaining a personable and professional demeanor to build relationships at all levels.

  • Digital Content Creation & Management: write, edit, publish content for websites, apps, videos, social media, email campaigns, podcasts, e‑books, and more; create high‑quality, motivation‑driven content that supports sales initiatives; produce measurable, engaging content; use CMS, editing, and basic HTML skills to upload, update, and optimize digital content; serve as a brand ambassador in a member‑facing capacity.

    Experience:

    provide exceptional service to members and guests; embody Bluejack values; stay informed about club programs to promote them; resolve member challenges professionally; support club culture and guidelines in all communications; perform additional duties as assigned to support marketing and operations.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees, leaders, members, and guests.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment to positively impact the member/guest experience.
  • Proficiency in writing routine communication pieces and professional correspondence.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Strong time‑management, project‑management, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in graphic design and photography is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Canva is preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Advertising, or Fine Arts; 1–3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Software

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign and Photoshop), PowerPoint, and Northstar is preferred; strong interest in learning is acceptable.

Approximate Schedule and Hours

This is a full‑time, non‑exempt position. The schedule may include weekdays, weekends, and holidays and is flexible to meet business needs.

Additional Compensation

Soliciting gratuities from members or guests is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action. Bluejack offers designated bonus opportunities throughout the year to recognize and reward employee contributions.

Bluejack Appearance and Grooming Standards

The ideal candidate embodies Bluejack’s mission and cultural beliefs with authentic, heart‑driven service. Appearance, behavior, and communication should reflect the brand. Preferred presentation: natural hair and nail colors, minimal jewelry, closed‑toe professional shoes, no visible tattoos or off‑brand logos. Management reserves the right to uphold grooming and uniform standards that align with club expectations.

Licenses and Certifications

Must possess a valid Texas Driver’s License and meet driver safety policy requirements.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

This role requires standing, moving, and sometimes working outside in various weather conditions. Tasks include pushing, pulling, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and driving a golf cart to transport between property areas. Reasonable accommodations may be provided for disabilities.
