• E2E Ownership:
  Lead the design lifecycle for product features, from initial discovery and user journey mapping to final specification and quality assurance in production.
• Stakeholder Alignment:
  Partner effectively with Product Managers and Engineering Leads. Challenge briefs when they lack clarity and negotiate scope based on UX quality.
• Design System:
  Contribute to the UXC library by identifying component gaps and proposing scalable solutions.
• Prototyping:
  Create high‑fidelity interactive prototypes to test complex logic and communicate motion/transitions to developers.

• Proven experience in a fast‑paced product environment (ideally in Fintech or Gaming).
• Advanced mastery of Figma, including variables, components, and advanced prototyping.
• Understanding and integration of WCAG accessibility standards into your designs.
• Good storytelling and presentation skills.
• Portfolio showcasing good design thinking mindset and high fidelity mockups is mandatory.
• Great understanding and impact of user research and research practices (ability to plan and conduct research is a big plus).
