Job Title
Essential Responsibilities
- Experience in Corporate Commercial, Healthcare, Multifamily, and/or Senior Living markets.
- Lead technical coordination of project execution and control to achieve continuity of purpose within scope, budget, and time schedules from initial start-up through construction completion.
- Extensive technical involvement and experience with assembling construction documents.
- Ability to coordinate design and architectural drawings with other disciplines.
- Work in all phases of design and construction.
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies and contractors.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture degree.
- Licensed Architect.
- 8+ years of experience including varied technical aspects of the architectural process and project management.
- Revit experience required.
- May occasionally require out-of-town travel to support projects.
