Friday 12:00 PM - Monday 8:00 AM (or Tuesday 8:00 AM if Monday is a holiday) Night Call:
Monday - Thursday Practice Setting Setting:

Epic Support Staff:
Includes Medical Assistant (MA)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Office Assistant, and Practice Manager Patient Volume:
Outpatient clinic:
Approximately 20 patients per day Inpatient: 4 to 10 patients per day
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide general gastroenterology services for both inpatient and outpatient settings Perform procedures such as Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD) and Colonoscopy with biopsy and cautery Certification and License Requirements Certifications
Required:
BLS (Basic Life Support) Board Certification:
Required in Gastroenterology State License:
Texas Additional Information The locum tenens physician will be covering for a GI provider on FMLA, providing essential care to patients in a suburban setting. The position offers a well-rounded experience with a mix of clinical and hospital-based work, supported by a capable team of healthcare professionals.
