We are looking for a qualified and board-certified (or eligible) physician to provide inpatient call coverage near Los Ebanos, TX. This position offers a chance to work in a supportive environment while gaining valuable experience. Key Details Position Type:
Locum Tenens, Call Only Coverage Dates:
January 27, 2025 ??? February 3, 2025 Shift
Schedule:
On-call coverage from 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM daily. Call Type:
Beeper, with a required response time of 30 minutes. Patients Per
Shift: TBD (call volume and callback percentage to be discussed). Rounding:
Includes both inpatient and rounding responsibilities. Facility and Practice Information Setting:
Inpatient only. Trauma Level: Level 2 Trauma Center. Certifications
Required:
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support). Fellowship in Interventional Cardiology. Licensing Requirement:
Active Texas medical license required. Electronic Medical Records (EMR):
Cerner system experience preferred. Additional Perks Temporary privileges available to expedite the credentialing process (estimated at 30 days). No supervision of advanced practice providers or residents required. Malpractice insurance provided by the vendor. Travel and Accommodation Travel assistance provided.
