Position Overview

BC/BE OB/GYN needed to practice at the largest regional medical center within a 150-mile radius. Practicing and experienced physicians as well as residents will be considered. Must be licensed in Texas or eligible. Generous income guarantee or employed model available. Relocation, marketing, sign‑on bonus and stipend can be offered. Group/Employment opportunity available.

• Attractive yearly salary (at least $425,000 annually for the first 24 months) + lucrative incentive program
• $75,000 Sign‑on Bonus
• $25,000 upon contract execution (includes relocation)
• $25,000 upon submitting all required documentation to complete credentialing for hospital
• $25,000 to be paid on the first paycheck following the first day of work
• $30,000 Recruitment Bonus: $10,000 per year at the end of each contract year
• $48,000 Training Stipend (paid in equal monthly increments following contract execution until completion of training in June 2028)
