CHRISTUS Health is seeking an experienced NP or PA to join our well-established outpatient family medicine clinic in Hawkins, TX at our Holly Lake clinic.

Position Details- Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM - Setting: 100% outpatient
- Patient Volume: 18–20 patients per day
- Physician-Led Organization:

Requirements- Must be licensed in the state of Texas or be eligible to be licensed
- Must have experience in family medicine as an NP or PA
