As an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside Sam's Club stores, you will lead patient care for eye and vision services and general health and wellbeing. You will enjoy full autonomy over your practice schedule, fee structure, and service offerings.
Responsibilities- Launch your services in Sam's Club.
- Lead patient care for eye and vision services and general health and wellbeing.
- Establish days of practice and hours of operation.
- Control your patient schedule.
- Set your fee schedule.
- Keep 100% of exam/professional fees.
- Optional:
Access advanced equipment/instrumentation and administrative/opt‑tech support services when allowed by state.
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school.
- Valid state optometry license.
- Ophthalmologist MD or DO from an accredited school.
- Valid state ophthalmology license.
- General Liability Certificate / Professional Liability Insurance Certificate.
