Were building a great team for a brand-new Freestanding Emergency Center opening in Willis, TX (The Woodlands Area) in March 2027! Looking for Board-Certified Emergency Medicine physicians who want flexibility, autonomy and the opportunity to help build a new center from the ground up.
$270 per hour
Seeking board certified ER physicians
12-hour shifts or 24-hour shifts if volumes allow
No APP coverage physician-led care
Full-Time & Part-Time opportunities
Independent contractor 1099 status
Flexible scheduling
Incentive Plan (FT/PT Only)
EPIC EMR and Ambience AI scribe available
Easy transfers to the affiliated Level II Trauma Facility, Memorial Hermann - The Woodlands

Must have active Texas Medical License, board certification in Emergency Medicine
