Position Overview:Seeking Emergency Medicine physicians to join a well-supported, low-volume emergency department in a critical access hospital in Central Texas. With a welcoming team, streamlined transfer options, and the flexibility of 12- or 24-hour shifts, this opportunity is ideal for physicians seeking a balanced lifestyle and meaningful community-based practice just outside of Austin and San Antonio.
Emergency Department:- ED Volume: 10,000 annual visits
- ED Beds: 5
- Daily Volume: ~30 patients/day
- Staffing Model: 12- or 24-hour single-coverage shifts (physician-only)
- Support: 2 nurses per shift
- Trauma Level: IV
