We are recruiting primary care physicians specializing in family medicine, internal medicine and/or geriatrics.

• Manageable patient panel with ample appointment times
  Clinical and administrative support
• EHR - Elation

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
• Successful completion of residency program (Internal Medicine)
• Board Certification or Eligibility in corresponding specialty
• Physician must meet employer credentialing standards
