Part-Time Primary Care Physician

Become a part of our caring community We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Primary Care Physician to join our team as a Variable Staffing Pool Physician on an as-needed basis. This is a zero-hour contracted role, ideal for providers looking for part-time work while contributing to high-quality outpatient care. The Physician will manage a variety of health-related concerns, focusing on continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention.

• You will provide outpatient primary care services to adult and geriatric populations.
• You will maintain accurate and up-to-date medical histories and records.
• You will manage moderately complex to complex medical conditions.
• You will refer patients to specialists.
• You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• You will contribute to departmental strategy and quality improvement programs.
• You will work onsite in our outpatient clinics.

• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine program.
• Active medical license in the state of jurisdiction.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Preference for value-based care experience, or at least 2 years of caring for Geriatric patients with high acuities.
• Must be passionate about improving patient experiences and outcomes.
• You will require participation in Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program.
• Specialty in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Med-Peds, or Geriatrics.
• Experience working with senior populations, value-based, or primary care models.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and digital documentation.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
