We are seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician with Obstetrics experience to join a thriving practice in West Texas. This employed position offers the opportunity to establish a robust patient panel, perform deliveries, and collaborate with seasoned providers in a welcoming, patient-centered community.
The Position:- Proven earning potential with a $280,000 guaranteed base salary plus RVU incentives, OB compensation, call pay, and a current FM-OB physician earning approximately $550,000 annually.
- $150,000 for Sign on and Relocation
- Seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician with Obstetrics experience.
- Practice true broad-spectrum FM-OB including clinic, prenatal care, vaginal deliveries, newborn care, hospital coverage, and rural medicine.
- Established patient demand with the ability to build a busy practice quickly.
