Provide instructional and administrative assistance to students under the direct supervision of a certified teacher or administrator. Assist in preparing, conducting, and managing activities both inside and outside the classroom.
Qualifications- Education/Certification:
High School diploma or GED certificate - Preferred:
Associate’s Degree or 60+ college hours of study at an institution of higher learning - Valid Texas educational aide certificate
- Ability to assist in instructing reading, writing, and mathematics
- Ability to work well with children
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Experience:
Demonstrated prior successful experience working with children
