Harmony ISD is seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable, and student-centered Varsity Offensive Coordinator to join our coaching staff. We are looking for a dynamic leader who is committed to developing student-athletes, building strong character, and contributing to the overall success of the Harmony Eagles athletic program.

Position:

Varsity Offensive Coordinator

Full-Time | Coaching + Teaching Position

Responsibilities Include:

* Leading the development and implementation of the offensive philosophy, playbook, and weekly game plans

* Coordinating all offensive practices, meetings, and film sessions

* Collaborating with the Head Football Coach and coaching staff to support overall program goals

* Coaching a position group as assigned

* Evaluating player performance and leading off-season development

* Supporting academic success, sportsmanship, and character development of all student-athletes

* Assisting with athletic program duties as needed throughout the year

Qualifications:

* Valid Texas teaching certificate (teaching field TBD based on district needs)

* Prior football coaching experience required; play-calling or coordinator experience preferred

* Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

* Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and the Harmony community

* Commitment to UIL standards, compliance, and student safety

Additional Information:

* Teaching assignment will be determined based on applicant qualifications and district needs

* Competitive stipend and coaching duties included

* Position begins for the  school year (or adjust as needed)
