Hill Country Elementary School is searching for an EC-6 Elementary School Teacher to join the HCE Family for the 2025-26 school year and beyond. The school is located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country near Medina Lake. HCE is a Title I, PK‑5 campus with an enrollment of 400+ students. The Hill Country family is committed to providing students with an optimal learning environment that supports exploration and growth.

We seek a teacher who brings high energy and a commitment to student growth to the classroom.

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
• Texas Teaching License and appropriate endorsements for the grade levels and subjects taught
• ESL certification
• Reading Academies experience preferred

• Develop, modify, and prepare curricula to ensure high-quality instruction based upon student abilities and skill levels
• Deliver high-quality instruction to students, assess student learning, and make the necessary adjustments to support growth
• Collaborate with students, parents, and other members of staff
• Work cohesively with the campus staff in a self-contained atmosphere
• Work cooperatively with Special Education teachers to modify curricula, instruct, and assess Special Education students in the regular classroom
• Participate in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs)
• Participate in staff development activities and improve job-related skills
