Essential

Competencies:

• Ability to work with children ages 6 week to 12 years old/Will be assigned a classroom for the first 6 weeks of employment as a way to demonstrate competencies.
• Experience in Behavior Management
• Behavioral Plans
• Passionate about customer service and success of others
• Uphold the standards of our company by keeping our students safe, educated, and making their experience enjoyable every day
• Ability to speak the brand, take incoming calls and be a team player

Required Qualifications:

• Background in Behavior Management/Discipline & Guidance/Behavior Plans
• Completed background check & fingerprinting (done after hiring)

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Behavior Specialist or Teaching or equivalent
• Master’s Degree optional
• Early Learning Teaching credentials

Pay: Based on background and experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
