Location: Dripping Springs
Overview
Waypoint Academy is redefining education by replacing traditional lectures with adventure-driven life skills and AI-powered personalized academics. Students don't remain seated while you present—they develop public speaking abilities on outdoor trails, cultivate leadership via team-based challenges, and progress at twice the typical pace through adaptive learning platforms.
This role is not conventional teaching. It is coaching K-12 learners to unlock their potential through outdoor workshops and motivational goal-setting sessions. You will facilitate nature-based activities that cultivate tangible skills—focus, communication, collaboration—rather than delivering standard curriculum. High achievers who envision radically reimagined education succeed here. You will witness students evolve from hesitant participants into self-assured performers, with measurable and immediate results.
