Conduct safe driving and safe working methods and procedures training programs;
Provide daily assessment of assigned trainees to ensure proper and consistent performance of duties;
Ride with drivers and provide coaching on desirable safety behaviors;
Evaluate trainees daily, make formal evaluations on a regular schedule by utilizing appropriate academic and skills tests;
Maintain accurate trainee attendance records and progress records
