Job Description

Our team is made up of warm and passionate educators, coaches, and dreamers who believe music should be accessible to all. We know that every child deserves the chance to grow, shine and express themselves - embracing their unique strengths.

As a growing and dynamic team, we thrive on creativity, empathy, and flexibility. In this role, you’ll be:

  • Conducting individual music enrichment sessions catered to each child in accordance to the school’s teaching system
  • Conducting and facilitating lessons in small group settings
  • Preparing weekly lesson plans through setting goals and aims for students in line with the school’s curriculum
  • Monitoring, recording and updating each student's progress regularly
  • Participating in ad-hoc duties as required
Who We’re Looking For
  • Have at least ABRSM Grade 5 or equivalent
  • Enjoy teaching or sharing music with others
  • Are patient, nurturing, and empathetic — especially with neurodivergent learners
  • Have experience interacting with individuals with special needs (volunteering counts!)
  • Communicate comfortably with both children and parents
  • Are cheerful, adaptable, and not afraid to think outside the box

No prior special needs teaching experience? That’s okay — we provide full training.
