To support the vision, mission, and strategic priorities of ESC Region 12. The Employee Experience Specialist serves as a high‑level organizational culture leader and internal consultant, driving operational excellence and holistic employee engagement.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Master’s Degree preferred
• Campus Leadership Experience preferred

• Proven ability to mediate disputes and facilitate restorative conversations
• Experience in coaching frameworks to foster professional growth and improve performance
• Deep understanding of service models and translating external customer service standards into internal employee support
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and best practices for mentorship programs
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, data analysis, and word processing
• Excellent written, verbal, public relations, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to speak effectively before groups
• Excellent presentation skills to diverse audiences
• Highly organized self‑starter for complex projects and program logistics
• Researching, interpreting complex policies and translating data into actionable insights
• Collaborative team player committed to a positive workplace culture and continuous improvement (QMS)
• Dedicated to continuous professional growth and required development

• Design, implement, and lead a comprehensive center‑wide mentor program
• Assist in developing and implementing a center‑wide customer service model aligned with core values
• Provide conflict‑resolution resources, training and support to departments
• Attend required training to remain a subject matter expert
• Support development and execution of a center‑wide employee engagement program, including events and wellness
• Develop innovative instructional strategies for regional educators
• Design and deliver high‑quality professional development using best practices for K‑12 teaching and learning
• Provide specialized assistance to Local Education Agencies on district, state, and federal initiatives
• Encourage collaboration across departments and agencies
• Build positive relationships with customer school districts
• Communicate and collaborate with regional and statewide partners on projects
• Implement QMS initiatives for training effectiveness and continuous improvement
• Support internal ESC 12 functions and maintain commitment to growth
