Job Description

Pro Sidian is seeking a Keynote Speaker to support educational professional development engagements across the Southwest area of the United States, in particular for Los Fresnos Consolidated Independent School District (LFCISD) in Texas. This is a part‑time or contract W‑2 position (no overtime pay) located at 32703 State Highway 100, Los Fresnos, TX 78566, with additional travel to district events throughout the CONUS.

• Deliver inspirational keynote addresses, motivational sessions, and public speaking engagements at educational events, professional development days, leadership summits, and academic conferences.
• Engage faculty and staff, energizing them, aligning around district goals and instilling a shared sense of purpose and innovation.
• Customize content to match event themes, organizational goals, and audience demographics.
• Provide strategic messaging that aligns with broader educational missions.

Desired qualifications

• Demonstrated excellence in public speaking and motivation in academic or professional settings.
• Proven experience as a keynote speaker or presenter in educational, professional, or motivational settings.

• Active Secret clearance with eligibility for Interim TS/SCI or full TS/SCI clearance, meeting FAR 52.204‑2 and DoD security requirements.
• U.S. citizenship required; no visa sponsorship.
• Background check and drug testing as required.
