Job Description:

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our team at Eustace Primary School. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to nurturing our students' development and providing an environment in which they can thrive.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate kindergarten program for young children.

2. Plan and execute educational in-class and outdoor activities and events.

3. Observe and evaluate children's performance, behavior, social development, and physical health.

4. Instruct students individually and in groups, adapting teaching methods to meet students' varying needs and interests.

5. Establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects, and communicate those objectives to children.

6. Meet with parents and guardians to discuss their children's progress and needs, determine their priorities for their children, and suggest ways that they can promote learning and development.

Skills:

1. Excellent communication and instructional skills.

2. Ability to build relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

3. Knowledge of child development and latest education theories and practices.

4. Creative teaching abilities.

5. Patience and flexibility.

Certifications:

The candidate must hold a valid teaching certification. A degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred.
