We serve more than 22,000 students in more than 30 schools and span six municipalities, covering more than 220 square miles. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking a Campus Behavior Coordinator (CBC) who can lead, coordinate, and continuously improve campus systems that support student behavior, wellness, and overall school climate.
The CBC will serve as the campus lead for Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS), student discipline systems, and wellness initiatives. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success improving student behavior outcomes, implementing proactive systems of support, and building a positive, structured school culture that maximizes learning time. You must be able to balance strong systems for accountability and discipline with preventative and restorative approaches that support student growth.
This role is not an assistant principal position, yet it requires strong leadership, systems thinking, and the ability to influence adults and students across the campus. You will work closely with the Principal, Assistant Principal(s), counselors, and teachers to ensure a safe, orderly, and supportive learning environment. You must possess the commitment, urgency, and organizational skill needed to implement systems with fidelity, respond to student needs effectively, and continuously improve campus climate and behavior outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Certification:
* Master's degree required; preferred in Education, Educational Leadership, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
* Valid or eligible to receive Texas Principal Certification or MId-Management Certification preferred
* Training or certification in PBIS, Restorative Practices, CPI, TBRI, or related areas preferred
Experience:
* Minimum of three years of experience working with students in a school setting
* Minimum of three year's teaching experience, in high schools, preferred
* Experience in student discipline, MTSS, counseling, or campus leadership preferred Special Knowledge and Skills
* Strong understanding of MTSS frameworks and tiered behavior supports
* Knowledge of PBIS, restorative practices, and proactive behavior systems
* Understanding of student development, including social-emotional and behavioral needs
* Ability to analyze behavior and attendance data to drive interventions
* Experience supporting diverse student populations, including students with special needs
* Proven experience to use and interpret data to inform decision-making processes that allow for intentional actions and lead to improved student/campus achievement
* Ability to de-escalate conflict and support crisis situations
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
* Leadership, management, and organizational skills
* Experience with diverse populations
