Description:
Bluebonnet Implementation Coach
Primary Purpose: Provides direct, campus-based support to ensure the high-fidelity implementation of Bluebonnet Learning. This role focuses on accelerating student results by leading high-impact PLCs and providing real-time, actionable coaching to teachers on instructional delivery and curriculum internalization.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
- Valid Texas teacher certificate in appropriate content area
- Deep knowledge of curriculum, instructional design, and assessment
- Strong understanding of TEKS alignment and state assessment rigor
- Demonstrated ability to lead adult learning and facilitate high-impact PLCs
- Ability to provide direct, actionable instructional feedback
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and relational capacity
- Demonstrated coachability and commitment to continuous growth
- Demonstrated commitment to building teacher capacity and improving student outcomes
- Minimum of 5 years of exemplary classroom teaching
- Demonstrated instructional leadership experience (team lead, department chair, instructional coach, etc.) preferred
- Experience implementing high-quality instructional materials (HQIM) preferred.
Instructional Leadership and Implementation
Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors: Maintain emotional control under stress. Occasional district wide and statewide travel; frequent prolonged and irregular hours. Frequent travel between district campuses; requires a high level of mobility and adaptability to different campus cultures. Perform other duties as assigned.
Compensation:
- $750 for Masters paid in November
- $1000 Attendance Bonus ($500 possible in December & $500 possible in June)
- $225 paid toward TRS health insurance
- $10,000 Life Insurance Policy at no cost to employee
