Location: Heath
Discovery School is seeking a certified Montessori Primary Lead Teacher (ages 3–6) to join our community this fall.
This is more than a teaching position—it’s an opportunity to guide children academically, physically and spiritually in a Christ-centered Montessori environment. If you are a Montessori educator who has felt called to integrate your faith more fully into your classroom, this role was created with you in mind.
Position Details- Full-time position (beginning Fall 2026)
- Salary: up to $40,000/year
- Includes 5 weeks of summer camp (5 hrs per day)
- Located in Heath, TX (inside First Baptist Church of Heath)
- MACTE Accredited Montessori Primary Certification (ages 3–6)
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Lead Teacher
- A heart for both authentic Montessori practice and Christian discipleship
