* * Ability to teach and relate positively to undergraduate and graduate students.
* Preparing and delivering course materials, conducting practical sessions, and evaluating student performance.
* Contribute to curriculum development and engage actively with students to enhance learning through office hours and support mechanisms.
* Participate in departmental meetings and collaborate with fellow faculty to align with educational goals, often integrating innovative teaching methods and technologies to facilitate a dynamic learning environment.
* Adaptability to meet various student needs and institutional expectations.
* Masters degree in Healthcare or related field.
* Three years of higher education experience.
* Ability to use and implement technology in the course management.
* Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
