Location: Floresville
Job Title:
Facilitator - Testing (HS)
Position Function/
Purpose:
Administer all campus testing, ensure CCMR success, and work collaboratively with staff administering tests.
Essential Job Functions:
* Train, develop, and collaborate with staff to ensure successful EOC Testing
* Coordinate with the CTE Administrator to ensure all IBCs are scheduled and accounted for.
* Collaborate with the Academic Dean to ensure all Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA): BOY, MOY, and EOY tests are administered.
* Coordinate with counselors to ensure all TSIA, ASVAB, SAT and ACT tests are administered.
* Manage, organize and facilitate:
IGC
TELPAS
G/T Assessment
8. Coordinate testing accommodations across programs for consistency and accuracy
9. Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications , Education/Certificate:
Valid Texas teaching certificate
Special Knowledge/
Skills:
Knowledge of curriculum design, implementation and state testing requirements
Ability to develop and deliver training to adult learners
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience:
2 years successful classroom experience preferred
Equipment Used:
Standard office equipment including personal computer and peripherals
Working Conditions:
Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors:
Maintain emotional control under stress; work with frequent interruptions. Frequent standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling. Repetitive hand motions, frequent keyboarding and use of mouse; occasional reaching. Occasional light lifting and carrying (less than 15 pounds). Move small stacks of textbooks, media equipment, desks, and other classroom or adaptive equipment. May be required to lift and position students with physical disabilities;
control behavior through physical restraint; and on-ambulatory students. Exposure to biological hazards. Frequent district wide travel; occasional statewide travel.
